Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These terms define the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities relating to the use of Splee and its related services.

Article 2. The service

Splee is an iOS app that helps you plan and keep records through features such as Daily Plan, Weekly Plan, Calendar, and Monthly Review. Basic features are free, while some advanced features may be offered as paid features such as Splee+.

Article 3. Accounts and backup

You can use Splee without signing in. Records created while signed out are stored only on your current device and may not be recoverable after app deletion, device loss, a reset after signing out, or a device reset. Signing in lets you link your records and settings to your account for backup and synchronization.

Article 4. Splee+ and payments

Paid features such as Splee+ are provided under the conditions described in the app. Payments, automatic renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the policies and procedures of the App Store and Apple Account settings. Access to some advanced features may be restricted when a subscription ends.

Article 5. Your responsibilities

You must use the service for its intended purposes and must not:

• Infringe on another person’s rights, privacy, or reputation
• Use another person’s account or authentication information without authorization
• Disrupt normal service operations or create excessive load
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or access the app through abnormal methods
• Enter or share content that violates laws or public order and morals

Article 5-2. Access codes

Separately provided Splee+ lifetime access can be linked to an existing Splee account on the designated redemption page. Each code can be redeemed once for one account and cannot be transferred to another account after redemption. You must not share codes with others or attempt duplicate redemption through abnormal methods.

Article 6. Your records and rights

You retain the rights to records you enter in Splee. You can manage and delete your records. However, records you delete and local data that has not been backed up may be difficult to recover.

Article 7. Intellectual property

Rights to Splee’s screens, structure, design, code, text, logos, and brand elements belong to Rundo Co. or their respective rights holders. Using the service does not grant you ownership of these rights.

Article 8. Changes and interruptions to the service

Rundo Co. may change the service’s features, screens, and scope to improve usability. Access may be temporarily restricted for system maintenance, external service outages, security needs, or unavoidable circumstances.

Article 9. Restrictions on use

If you violate these terms or seriously disrupt service operations, Rundo Co. may restrict your use to the extent necessary. Restrictions may be lifted within a reasonable scope once their cause has been resolved.

Article 10. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the separate Privacy Policy. You should avoid unnecessarily entering other people’s personal information or sensitive information in the app.

Article 11. Disclaimers

Splee is a planning and recordkeeping tool and does not guarantee any particular outcome or result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your management of entered content, backup choices, or negligent device management. Liability may also be limited for service restrictions caused by external service outages, network failures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the operator’s reasonable control.

Article 12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as needed. Important changes will be announced in the app, in update notices, or on this page. Continued use of the service after a change is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
